I am sure no one reads this, but this is my last post on this Blog.
I am moving out of Harlem next weekend. Out of the state actually. All the way up to Portland Maine. While life changes have made this move necessary, I have to say I am not going to miss Harlem.
I may miss the idealistic nature I had when I moved up here over 2 years ago, but that feeling has been gone for a while. Harlem I am afraid is blowing up with crime this summer. It always gets bad in the warm weather, and it might just be that I am more aware of it, so I can't stay here.
So it's off to New England, off to a new life. You have been my home for 7 Years New York City.
